If there's one good thing, it's that he could probably make an excellent case for a lawsuit. That's what I'd do; sue these media companies into the ground and donate the proceedings to the families of the victims.

I don't think he's probably thinking about a lawsuit right about now--his little brother just killed his dad, and walked into a school and murdered his mom and a bazillion innocent little kids and school personnel.

What? The dude in the OP is just some random guy who shares his name with the shooter. The dumbass media, in all its wisdom, found him on facebook and thought "well he lives in Newtown and has the same name as the shooter, he must be the shooter!"

No--the shooter--Adam Lanza--was the little brother of Ryan Lanza (the guy in the facebook profile)
Connecticut School Shooting: Suspected shooter now ID'd as Adam Lanza; older brother Ryan questioned by cops - Crimesider - CBS News

EDIT--You know what--you may be right. Some sources are saying that it's the same Ryan Lanza, and others aren't.

Terrible for this poor guy! He has lost his family and also has to deal with what his brother did. Sadly, the stigma of this will attach itself to him even though he did not commit the crime. Devastating.

It really is terrible--poor kid. He's lost everything. Now the media is saying that the Ryan Lanza whose FB profile was posted IS the older brother of the shooter, Adam Lanza.

Apparently the shooter (who is Adam's brother) killed himself and had Adam's driver's license. I'm assuming since they are brothers they look alike. So I can see how this would happen-

suing? For what? Trust me his life is going to get harder because they questioned Adam and every media camera was at his door....Do I feel bad for him....not really. I feel bad for the 18 kids his brother murdered and 7 adults.
