Something is wrong with the sysytem when a deranged individual can get his hands on semi-automatic wseapons.
Clear as DAY...... The mother bought those guns illegally for her minor son who could not..... Then she screwed up and let him off his meds..... Happens all the time..

Yup we made some real easy victims for the liberal evil spawn..
It looks like I went to high school some years after you did Mac, but it was the same situation. Most of us had firearms in our vehicles that we drove to school. For that matter, I wore a lock blade folding knife on my belt every day at school (worked for a local farmer after school and it came in handy for cutting twine, etc.) and not one time did I ever use that knife to hurt anyone.

I am still waiting for the documentation supporting your claim that lax gun control in red states is contributing to gun availability in Chicago..

different cultures and different societies. also remember that canada is trying to loosen their gun control laws.

why dont you also talk about the suicide rate in Japan as well. if things were so good in Japan, then even their suicide rate would be lower than the USA. instead their suicide rate is about the same as our murder rate is.

You really want to save lives?
Make it tough as hell to get a driver's license. Hell, in this state, teenagers don't even have to take a test anymore if they take a class.
Put DUI offenders away/permanently confiscate license forever on first offense (like they do in all those places guns are banned).
Make cell phone use while driving illegal.
Life sentence for child abuse/rape.
Wow...that would eliminate a few hundred patients just for ME a year. That's ok. I'll take the pay cut.
Getting rid of guns would hardly make any difference at all...

gun free zones should be renamed murder zones, so criminals will know where they can do their crimes without getting shot in return.
