Why don't you and your like-minded ilk just accept that our (pro-gun) side has crushed you a thousand times over on each and every thread on here pertaining to this issue? I get it, it sucks to be proven wrong...again, and again, and again, and again...

Just give it up, dude.
Remind us again why exactly you have "proven" in this thread beyond the fact that you would choose your gun over the lives of children?

... did you miss the part about me owning guns? Or the part about me not wanting to "ban" them?

I just don't want idiots pretending to speak for me, and I find it unconscionable for people to say that they'd sacrifice a thousand kids to hold onto their gun, especially considering that, ostensibly, they think they need these guns to protect humanity and society.

Just like I invited you to go back and indicate where I was talking down to "peasants" and "middle-class" folk, and you didn't because you knew that you were wrong... I humbly invite you to go back anywhere in this thread and find out anything that I've said that's demonstratably "wrong."

Don't we have some martyrs here.

Maybe we are getting somewhere. Elitist horse puckie. Now everyone is supposed to give up their ability to defend themselves AND run into burning buildings "for the children". Take care of your kids people, don't expect others to do your job. How much do people hate themselves, unlock the doors, save the children and the poor, we're all equal except some of us are more equal than others. Everyone be a hero but never use a gun to do it. Liberals want more victims, of a certain variety.

White adult conservatives, just die already - right? Die for the poor and the single moms and minorities and the children. First we take everything from them, then they can just die because it might help some kid somewhere who may or may not be a problem for society. Adam Lanza was once a child.
Boy, you sure see yourself as a victim, don't you?

Just stop talking.
From now on when these liberal baiters tries to muddy it up I will just cut and past SpeedyAZ's succinct post.

I'm not worried about the government forcefully taking my guns from me, I'm worried about individual citizens rioting in the streets. I work for one of the largest defense organizations in the Valley and we engineer numerous weapons systems for the US government as well as private enterprises...I know I don't stand a chance against the weapons systems we manufacture. The current technology is astounding, it's beyond what most average people think is even POSSIBLE to produce in our day and age. I know I don't stand a chance against the unmanned vehicles, the drones, the capabilities our government has; but I do know I stand a chance against the crazy lunatics like that Adam Lanza.

Look at what happened to Greece during their economic collapse. There was rioting in the streets, violence, breaking into homes and businesses, and the list goes on. Do you HONESTLY believe that such a situation couldn't occur here? If so I have some oceanfront property in Arizona I'd love to sell you!

One day things WILL hit the fan and when that day comes, those who are unprepared and those who are defenseless will be the first VICTIMS. I may not be able to take on an organized, armed militia but I CAN take on a small group of thieves who want to take every possession I own. I have a right to defend myself, my family, and my property and I'll be doing just that when the day comes. If our society ever hits a true DEPRESSION or if the entire power grid of the United States fails, you'd be surprised at how quickly these "rational" people will turn to lunatics for basic needs.

Our society is currently being divided into the "Have's" and the "Have Not's" and one day soon, the "Have not's" will outnumber the "Have's". When the poor, the uneducated, and the powerless all start outnumbering those who DO work, who make good incomes, who live in beautiful homes, our society will truly see class warfare. Once those socialistic zombies decided that they want all the luxuries and privileges that others have, they will resort to violence to TAKE from us who have created a nice lifestyle. They'll come pouring in every door and window in your house and you'll have to shoot and kill every SOB before they kill you and take everything you have. Frankly I'm not letting them take ME without a fight and you'd be surprised at the number of prominent doctors, lawyers, politicians, engineers, businessmen, etc who share the exact same sentiment and who are arming themselves for that very day. Think government is going to protect you then? Don't be a sheeple.

Because you can't formulate your own argument?

I already responded to that post.

Correct, it's actually a good thing. Normal people look at the comments of gun fondlers and are repulsed, thus benefiting America.

Scary Negroes are coming for us! Get your guns! Get your guns!

Out of curiosity, how many of you have had to use your guns to stop you or your family from being assaulted? Now, for this one rare instance, be "candid," please.
