Yes everyone has a right, but Americans come first.
There's nothing in the Constitution that mentions anything about citizens except that everyone born here is an American citizen. All other parts of the Constitution, literally all except that one exception, make reference to people. People, everyone, etc. includes non-citizens
I wonder how many Piers Morgan lovers will like this little link. Oh my, I hope I didn't upset anyone by saying something like that in his deport thread. I do wonder why someone like him has a right to suggest that we amend our Constitution and the Holy Bible. He is not a US citizen so he has little right to talk about amending our Constitution to suit his foreigner's progressive mind.
I love the logic of right wing nutters: to preserve the "freedom" to own an assault rifle, it is necessary to remove the most fundamental of all freedoms, the right to think and communicate honestly.
It just goes to show what we've known all along: conservatives are not supporters of freedom; they're supporters of their own interests, and they would gladly remove the freedoms of others to preserve them. Reminds me a lot of the Nazi party, actually.
They are apart of the population unless you want to count the number of people that could potentially vote for president, then you have to exclude those that are under 18 because they cannot vote for president.
Then you leaners only count those kids when it will serve your purposes and not other times? Is that what you are telling me?

Please don't act stupid, we "leaners" count only voting age population when talking about how much of a vote someone talks. If you don't understand that, then I can't help you. When you talk about how much of the population a candidate took, then you can only talk about those in voting age, not people who cannot vote like children....do you need me to explain that slower for you?
