No, it is tragic. But what is also tragic is you would ban everybody because of the actions of a few select criminals. That is a akin to banning the internet for everybody because a few will abuse it. What if one terrorist attack was stopped by banning the internet? HUH????????? Wouldn't it be worth it?
EVERY single avid anti gunner posting looks for news reports to try to say SEE? SEE? another one. THEY MAKE NO MENTION when a rifle or gun can be used in a positive manne because (like I posted the pic of the woman target shooting) , because even though most people use them in a safe positive manner in the anti gunners mind there is no such thing.
There is definitely a spiritual connection to guns for alot of gun nuts, and the irony here is these same gun nuts say removing God from schools is the reason so many psychos get a rifle or a couple handguns and start shooting innocent people to death.
So if we all said the Lord's Prayer at the start of every school day, or implied that we are a Christian nation that was founded by Christians (myth) this is going to somehow magically reduce gun violence in Amerika?
Arguing with these people is an exercise in futility. They will maintain their spiritual/erotic connection to their firearms, and the rest of the country will clean up the bloody mess of crazy people with easy access to firearms.
