1. Feinstein is a hypocrite, she has a California CHL but doesn't support gun ownership.
2. Where is the money going to come from to fund this?
3. How does she think it will be enforced? By the ATF? By Homeland inSecurity? Not enough manpower to do so.
If you check you will find all the filthy few have carry permits plus tax paid for body guards who all have full auto class III NFA weapons...
Of course all these people do not pay any taxes either, since they are all above law of the peasants.

When you got your CCW did you need to tell what you were carrying? I didn't and am not restricted to any one gun. I could surrender an old throwaway I keep and just say its my carry piece.
I am not worried abut the cop who issued my carry permit...... he wouldn't want to die over 10 bucks.. And like you he has no idea what i carry, when I carry or where..
I might have a few guns i wouldn't care about loosing either

My x wife used to make up dream excuses too.... She had a bad problem with a gas gauge.
i think that there are states in which the citizens might want to be able to defend themselves and there are states where they want to wait for the government to defend them.
seeing how i am the first provider of defense for myself, i would prefer to have the ability to be armed, and so would prefer to live in a state that allowed me to do so.
You can't defend yourself with a registered gun? Why not? A gun will fire the same be it registered or not.

you know i was thinking that this could be the next big bubble if they try and move the bubble away from gold.
maybe it is all intentional, as i bet all this "chatter" does increase gun sales.
anyhow, it isn't as if america already hasn't had some gun control bills passed:
1994, when the Brady Bill was passed, to 2004, when federal law restricted the sale of large-capacity magazines and certain semiautomatic rifles. That bill passed after three years of back-to-back, high-profile "gunfire incidents": the 1991 massacre in Killeen, Texas, which claimed the lives of 22 people; Ruby Ridge in 1992; and the Waco siege in 1993.
i believe the waco siege involved government guns.
And in 2004 when the federal ban ended, Mitt Romney made it permanent in MA, and ironically everyone here who is threatning to kill the lawmakers who suggest gun registeration wanted him to be the president. LOL
Who give a crap about the constitution or the oath??? Not the people - they elected Bush and Obama, remember? Certainly not the politicians. Get real!
I can't speak for you, but i care...... Bush violated the oath and the law of the country no doubt about it, and Obama is basing his whole career on it....
However the only control I have is my Rights... And they can not have them before they kill me and no one else can either. that's a funny thing about rights huh?
And that should make me feel differently? How? I don't care one way or the other. I am OK registering my car, and I don't care if it is state or federal.
Who said anything about driving? We are talking about having to register your items.
I have answered the rest of the post so many times, that I won't bother again, but in short I have said that if the govt wants to confiscate guns, they do not need any registry for it.
