Switzerland has less of these mass shootings too. So you've proved the NRA's point that it's not guns who kill people but people who kill people.

They issue a military rifle, but no ammunition.
But in this case, the military issue rifle had been taken away from him due to mental issues, and he used other weapons in this shooting.
