Of course not ALL of ( insert any ethnicity) is blah blah blah. But there are trends and raw numbers for folks who are in our prison system. The majority are minorities and in particular Latinos and Blacks. A very negative trend and not sure how it can be reversed.

Actually the trend is being reversed. In many cases most people are too biased on ill informed to realize it.
When it comes to news and stories about Black Americans the media tends to focus on the negative.

If he attended Germantown Academy since he was old enough to go to school he had superior educational resources and opportunities.
Many White Americans confuse having superior resources and opportunities with racial superiority.
This young man is not so different than any other kid in America. Give them a chance to get a quality education and a healthy environment and chances are they will do well.

The potential in places like North Philly, the inner Bronx and Brooklyn, Camden, Baltimore, Washington, Chicago, etc. is limitless. It's criminal that America doesn't do anything to educate all of its citizens and allow them to reach their potential. This neglect is a major reason for the inevitable decline of this country.
Not all but more than all the other races as a percentage. Keep living the liberal dream and keep destroying your race.
