Once this is done, what would prevent a future Republican president from restricting abortion with an Executive Order?

with obama grabbing power through executive orders, if found legal then yes a republican president can sign executive orders to pursue their agenda as well.

A future president could outlaw abortion and require everyone to own an assualt weapon in one EO.

Hmmm, interesting.

Imagine a President who gets elected and decides that fixing certain things is more important than running for a second term.

An Executive Order banning the borrowing of money, unless for a war declared by Congress..... (instant balanced budgets, like it or not)

An EO declaring that no law can be passed unless its object is EXPLICITLY listed in the Constitution....

An EO dissolving the Dept. of Education, OSHA, FEMA, BATF....

How about, once a Republican is elected President, an EO saying that no one can run for President unless he is approved by the current President?

Only thing wrong with any of that, is that some day by hook or crook, another Democrat might get elected.

Bidens suggestion came up after probably the first second of taking and for the rest not even considering anything else...

I'm not a conspirancy type but this was planned from the start...

I forsee the people stand up and fight for it if Obama is going to far on this...so I assume he will not just go crazy on this....after all the 2nd amendmentwas made to stand up against the government and enough people love their guns and life and never harm a person but want to defend themselves against he bad guys who have guns and crazy governments like Hitler could do against my ancestors....if they had guns history might have been different.

I didn't know they used rifles and hand guns to kill a fetus at an abortion clinic, is this something new?
