Actually if you read the "Declaration of Independence" in full you may conclude (as I did), that the US Government is using it as a play book to destroy this nation. Seems they read a line of the Declaration and say, "this says the King was doing insert atrocity here, lets give this a try for a while and see if we can get away with it too". I read it the other day and it sure seems like Washington DC is following it play by play. And I'm not implying that it's all being done by the current administration as this has been happening for several decades now.
Are you going to give a page number for that citation, or admit you just C&P'd something that sounded convincing? Or, to be blunt: Shenanigans. That isn't anywhere in Mein Kampf.
