Nukes for all! (speech, government, gun, constitution)

Amazing but there are people that believe our constitution would allow for such a thing. Yes I'm sure our pragmatic forefathers would have had no issues with that. Hey nukes don't kill people just people kill people...right? Everyone who wants a nuke should be allowed to have one to protect themselves from other people with nukes...brilliant, just brilliant.
