It's a state case that erred in how it defined a “natural born Citizen.”
Funny how that state case used Wong Kim Ark ( the bane of birthers) to support their decision.
But we know that you ignore Wong Kim ark since it pretty much destroys any argument that birthers have, and that case has been cited in over 1000 cases (state, and federal) concerning birthright citizenship and the rights derived thereof.

so you're well aware that your abbreviated name is phonetically a racial slur and yet you chose that as screen name instead of "mr gar", "nick g" or any anonymous handle.
