Funny how that state case used Wong Kim Ark ( the bane of birthers) to support their decision.

But we know that you ignore Wong Kim ark since it pretty much destroys any argument that birthers have, and that case has been cited in over 1000 cases (state, and federal) concerning birthright citizenship and the rights derived thereof.

It is not binding on the national issue of what is a “natural born Citizen”. Ankeny erroneously conflated an Article II "natural born Citizen" with a Fourteenth Amendment "citizen of the United States."
the only people to use "14th Amendment citizen" (there is no such thing) are racists and misogynists (since the 14th Amendment also clarified that WOMEN are citizens as well, because before they weren't considered citizens).

And we again, see that for birthers, its has always been about race.

we'd have to look at the individual cases. i'd recommend the GA ballot challenge or pupura/moran v obama.

Wong Kim Ark? How could you use a foreign sounding name to support your case Obama belongs in the US, let alone the POTUS? I swear, the country is all illegals. Guns, bible, now I'll clutch on my birth certificate 'cus like at this point 90% of the world is a US citizen.

What specific evidence was retrieved using lawful discovery in those cases?

so you're well aware that your abbreviated name is phonetically a racial slur and yet you chose that as screen name instead of "mr gar", "nick g" or any anonymous handle.

interesting.

there was no discovery in either case. what discovery do you feel was needed to prove the "2 US parent" theory?

As soon as the courts let me get that name and I gather the $45 it will be. Only, what happens to my citizenship? Barack went from Barry Soetoro to Obama, the Mr President. Oh, thats Red Commie George Soros took care of it for him.
