That's messed up. Here the police come out for ALL 911 calls. Even if you say it was a wrong number. My 2 year old great nephew once somehow dialed 911 while playing with the phone and they came out

Seeing that 95 out of 100 neighborhoods are safe, I really doubt that....but then again, I would bet you have never set foot in Chicago to know what the neighborhoods there look like.
Okay because this has everything to do with gun control, yet NYC has been ranked one of the safest cities in the country and has just as strict gun laws.
I get it, you have no interest in Chicago and it is just easy for you to use their gun laws to feed your propaganda without ever addressing any real problem. So keep up with the fake outrage.
You stated an opinion not a fact, unless you consider every day to be a day in a city with a strict gun law, then that would be correct, but then it would have nothing to do with this thread.
