What would Texas do without the welfare they receive from the blue states?

No it's not. A bunch of individuals do not run the state.
Perry already publicly responded to these grand ideas from people.

Some people confuse the sound of air leaking from inflated egos with steam.

Texas has a large economy it doesn't need the "welfare" from anyone. That "welfare" is just the taxes the federal government steals from the state then gives it back to them in the form of "welfare"

Texas IS NOT going anywhere near secession. And all of you haters that think Texas can't make it on her own (if the scenario ever came to pass) are full fecal matter. There are several states that can (and would) make it on their own.

I always suspected Texas was one incredibly f'd up place lol

The other day I watched PBS who had a documentary on the Texas Board of Education and Creationist Dr. Don McElroy, one of the members appointed by Creationist Gov Perry. Under the push by Creationists, they managed to get Texas public schools to be feeding Creationist religious bs to children until the year 2020.

F'd up doesn't begin to describe Texas - it's beyond f'd up. There are so many nutjobs there that I feel sorry for Texans.

Y'know, could y'all just either do it or stop flapping your gums about it? It's like watching a bunch of ten-year-olds planning out a totally rad treehouse without ever getting to the point of touching a hammer.
