I'm looking to start a little part time business so I can make some quick cash. I am a law abiding citizen and I don't have a police record and have never been arrested so I am guessing I can buy all the semi automatic weapons, pistols and rifles that I can afford.
Since I don't have to register these weapons I am just going to take them to gun shows and sell them to anybody who has the cash. I'm assuming criminals and wanna be criminals would be willing to over pay to get their hands on these weapons.
I'm just looking to make money and it's not my business what people do with their guns. After all "guns don't kill people, people kill people".
Anybody see anything wrong with this plan?
You go right ahead and do that....... I hope you enjoy your vacation in the gray bar hotel, TROLL

As an FFL, yes. ATF compliance inspectors have over the past few months been pulling 4473's where the non-licensee purchaser/transferee obtained many receivers and/or rifles, and visits have been paid to those folks to ensure that they still have those firearms. More than a few "cease and desist buying/selling" letters have been issued, which is the first step DoJ takes before charging folks with violating 18 U.S.C. § 922(a)(1), Willful engagement in firearms business without a license.
The worst offenders of this seem to be Califonria police officers. In Califonria they have a (stupid) law that says you can only sell 5 handguns a year as an individual. My wife and I were in the process of buying a house. We needed some extra money for the down payment. I have a large collection of gun and I wanted to sell around 8 handguns to raise 10k towards the down payment, though this law didn't allow me to sell my own property.
I always thought of guns as a hobby that in an emergency I could legally sell for cash to get my family by, guess I was wrong. LAPD SWAT investigated for re-selling guns for profit | abc7.com California sheriff's deputies accused of illegally selling weapons | Fox News
So you admit that there's already a law on the books that prevents exactly what you claim would happen? Well hell, I guess we need more laws to fix this problem.
Seriously, how can liberals survive daily in this world while being this ignorant?
The liberals answer is never to enforce existing laws...that is too much WORK and doesn't create as much drama. So they push to pass even more laws that will be selectively enforced.
Even Joe Biden admitted that we don't "have the time" to enforce existing laws, and that is why we need more.
