Surely nobody would keep a conservative from speaking to a group of high school kids that invited him there to speak to them. Well maybe not in most schools but at this one an effeminate talking "teacher" and the principal met him at the entrance and kept him out. NOw I don't know what they were afraid he would tell the kids but they wanted to hear it and when he said he would talk to them across the street most of them followed.
What were they afraid he would tell those kids? Maybe you need to read what he says he thinks they were afraid of since I am not going to say.
Don't really care enough to read but kids don't generally get to up and invite whoever they want to come speak to them at school. No matter who they are.

The speaker was preapproved by the school administration.

Man you and harrier sure have crazy heros old boy....Bradlee Dean is the absolute whackjob founder of the non-profit Christian organization You Can Run, But You Cannot Hide International, a highly psychotic controversial youth speaking organization which has been accused of using bait-and-switch tactics to press a hardcore, bat**** insane fundamentalist Christian agenda in American public schools.
Promoting gay bashing is one of Dean's favorite pastimes. He has stated, in the past, that he supports castration of gays because, he claims, that's what the Founding Fathers wanted. He's also stated on his radio show that gays should be "thrown in jail." He has also stated his opinion that he believes it was homosexuals who were responsible for the holocaust and praised Muslims for executing people for being gay. Dean, himself, has expressed his opinion that he considers executing gay people to be "moral. Bradlee Dean - RationalWiki
Thanks for posting the legitimate source, Tempes - pretty hard to trust the original link, considering it's the guy's personal blog.
Now roy, what does the teacher's being (according to Mr. Anti-gay) effeminate have to do with anything? And why did you put "teacher" in quotes? Sounds like they were following procedure, and the leader of a known hate group probably isn't the best choice for a school assembly. Seriously, put the shoe on the other foot and think about it.
Roy, promoting a guy who wants to exterminate homosexuals is pretty vile and very un-Christian.
