I can see this developing where there is drones flying all over the place like the Will Smith movie. I can also see harsh penalties for shooting or destroying a drone. Even if the penalty was just 90 days in jail how would most pay their bills? how many employers would hold your job for that time frame? That alone would deter a slew of people from shooting down drones I know I would not have a choice.

I wonder if this guy knows that there is a thing called gravity that makes bullets fall back to earth when shot into the sky. And those falling bullets tend to hit things like, oh, I don't know...people.
