Cluck cluck goes crazy Joe..............

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - A 22-year-old man found himself facing a summons after he told officers he fired his shotgun repeatedly upon finding masked suspects leaning in his window.
According to Grazia Moyers with the Virginia Beach Police Department, officers responded to the 500 block of Mango Drive around 10:30 p.m. Saturday for a report of shots fired.
There, they spoke with the resident, Trevor Lamont Snowden, who told police his dog was acting strange. When he walked to his bedroom, he said he saw two masked suspects leaning in his open window.
Snowden told police the suspects pointed weapons at him and told him to shut the bedroom door. Thinking the suspects were going to rob him, he moved into the hallway and retrieved a shotgun.
Moyers said Snowden fired through his bedroom door, then opened the door and fired several more rounds toward the window. Any suspects fled the area and could not be located by officers.
No one was injured and there were no reports of damage to other property.
Snowden was charged with reckless handling of a firearm in the incident and released on a summons.

It goes to show how irresponsible it is for the admin to let Biden dispense gun advice when he clearly doesn't know what he's talking about. He did it again the other day, advising people to fire thru the door at an intruder.

It almost makes me think that Obama is trying to undermine his own gun control agenda, although it's also possible that the rest of the admin is just as ignorant as Biden, and thus don't recognize the problems with his comments.

His biggest mistake?

He missed, a blood trail would have backed his story up.

If you are too stupid to know the laws in your locality, then it's your fault.

I don't see anywhere where he said he was taking Biden's advice, or blamed Biden for doing so.

This is like blaming a GPS for going the wrong way on the highway. You have a brain, use it and take responsibility.

i can see it now, the person in the OP gets off and we get a new defense, the biden defense. that way everyone as indiscriminately fire off their shotguns and claim that masked intruders forced them to shoot several times, and that the person doing the shooting was just following the VPs advice.

People who arm themselves for SD need to KNOW the blasted LAW before they fire the gun!

Joe Biden is a full blown IDIOT, and has no friggin clue about the god damned LAW.

Anyone who follows his advice deserves to go to JAIL.

Same thing goes if you still hunt ducks with your same old rifles like Bill Clinton said. Another IDIOT. The entire Democratic party is made up of fools and idiots!

Good I hope this joker serves TIME and looses his right to own the gun!

There is not a SINGLE mention of Vice-President Biden. There is not a single shred of evidence in the article that the man even heard such advice, other than the fact that what he did matches the advice Vice-President Biden said.
