Sorry, boys. You don't have the right to do whatever you want to do just because you have a gun. As in every modern representative democratic society, you must obey laws set forth by peoples' collective will, as represented through local, state, and federal government. If you don't, you will be punished. It doesn't matter if you like it or not. So just obey the rules and you'll be fine.
As much as you may admire mob rule the constitution was written to protect the rights of the minority from the will of the majority.

God is the giver of man’s rights, according to the Declaration of Independence, and the right to defend one’s self and one’s family is not only a right, but it is a duty and responsibility before God, according to the Bible which is a demonstration of our love for others.
Therefore, the Second Amendment is not the source of our right. It merely recognizes that the right is to be free from any interference whatsoever to defend ourselves, our families and our communities from attack. This understanding is as old as human history.
So are you advocating shooting the police if you think they're overstepping their bounds? How exactly would you use your gun to protect yourself from the government? Would it be OK for you to shoot up a federal building, or bomb it to the ground, if you thought you were justified?
It's not really possible these days to do it. The intention at the time was that people would be virtuous and educated. The progressives destroyed that. But their conception would have been that if the government tried to do something like imposing Obamacare mandates on us by force, the people would rise up just like they did when England enforced the stamp act and such.
In modern times we really have no capacity to defend ourselves against excesses by the government, but times were different back then. The government was a tiny fraction of the size it is now and did not maintain a dozen different paramilitary trained and equipped law enforcement agencies.

And "the rules" include that pesky Constitution, right?
And when some other rule conflicts with the Constitution, remind us all, ambient, which one we must obey?

If you don't like stuff like Obamacare (which the majority of Americans support) leave the country or put up an electable candidate. Talk of armed insurrection is treasonous.
James Madison was clear in Federalist 46, that the citizenry being armed, is to fight the Federal government’s tyranny.
All Federal government gun and ammunition laws should be nullified, ignored and rendered toothless by the people of the States.
You dodged my question. Does the second amendment give you the right to kill Law Enforcement personnel if you disagree with their actions?
Can you give a specific example of "fighting the Federal government’s tyranny"? Or are you going to stick to nice sounding rhetoric while ignoring the reality of what you are advocating?

If my personal liberty is infringed upon.
Habeas Corpus and all that jazz.

I'm a little fuzzy on my American History...When were the Federalist papers ratifed as American Law?
