Uh, ObamaCare is already doing that. Double the projected cost, jobs lost, healthcare dropped - and it's not fully implemented yet.

Liberals will own this disaster. Thank goodness for good, smart men like Ryan who are trying to get our fiscal house in order, fighting against the progressives and media all the while.
