ENGLEWOOD, Colo., March 29 (UPI) -- A once-wealthy Minnesota car dealer convicted of fraud is traveling the country at taxpayer expense, having been moved to his ninth prison in eight months.

He started the month in a prison in Loretto, Pa., then was sent to one in Canaan, Pa., before a short stop in Oklahoma City on his way to Englewood.
