These guys broke many, many laws - bombed, killed, plotted seditious activity in foreign lands, so why no jail?

Very few politicians are sticklers for adhering to the strick letter of the law. The late Henry B. Gonzales and now retired Ron Paul are a few examples.

Democrats are grow-up enough to understand executive power is stretched by all admistrations. The Republicans use impeechment as a political tool... all the while, turning a blind eye to the sins of their party.
