I rarely visit this forum anymore, but when I do, I see the same people complaining about the same stuff over and over again. If you're mad at the President, the Government, or Corporations, I suggest that you quit wasting your time posting on forums and comment sections and start taking action. Or maybe try ignoring politics for awhile. It will do wonders for your health. Seems like most of you angry paranoid people could use a break.
This place is like a bottle of liquor. A little bit feels good, a little more makes ya feel REAL good and too much makes you throw up and causes you to wake up with a nasty hangover. It's damn addictive too.
It's not like you're going to get anyone to change their mind. You can present all the facts you want, but people feel more comfortable living in their bubble where they believe what they want to believe, regardless if there is any evidence that their ideas actually work. Politics turned into religion years ago.

This is so true. I get to that hangover stage and decide to leave this place behind for good. I usually manage to stay away from posting for a week or two, and the OP is right, I always feel better when I do. But I'm a political junkie and eventually I wander back for a fix and before long I find myself right back in the thick of it.
Giving Glenn Beck $9.95 a month is not action. It's a waste of time and your money. It's not a right or left thing. Writing diaries on Daily Kos is also a waste of time so don't give me any of your crap Cooper.
