I would love to have all the rich say "We are done and burn their money" so the rest of the "The rich are milking us" can see how much they truly do carry the nation. Then all those people can suffer in their stupidity when they find out nobody is paying the bills. Then we can make the poor actually pay the taxes. Then we can see real whining.

Lets get something straight. I am not asking you for money, you are asking me for money. Never lose sight of who the beggar is here. Don't fool yourself into thinking I am the one demanding anything. If anything, I am only demanding that I be left alone so that I can succeed on my own. What are you asking for? Hmm? Aren't you the one expecting everyone to pay more taxes so others can gain benefit from it?

America tends to not have desperate poverty.. Anyone who thinks we do needs to travel more..
We have plenty of desperate poverty compared to, say... Canada, or Germany, places like that. It's all relative. UN reports have measured living conditions in some inner cities, as measured by things like lifespan and child mortality, to be comparable to some "third-world" countries. Plus we have all the violence and crime that tends to accompany harsh poverty, something that isn't nearly as big of a problem in most of the developed world as it is here.
