You go find me one gun shop, pawn shop, or any legal business in the USA where you can get a gun with no background check.

The only non background check method is private party. And what a minute. You can get Sudafed, beer, cell phones, puppies, guns, drugs, cars, fake ID's, bombs, and anything else you want via private party.

Total 100% fail of logic.

Background check all the law abiding folks but you think gangsta "boo" is gunna do a background check when he buys his .45 on the street? Do ya really think so?

When you walk into your local store, is a federal background check required to buy any of those things?

Do you fill out and sign a federal form, upon which it is a felony to lie, when you buy any of those products?

Unlike firearms, can you buy those products off the internet and have them shipped to you?

Are you a federal felon if you buy those products for another person?

Are you prohibited from buying those products if you're a felon or mentally ill?
