I think at a time like this, we should not speculate any one of us, till we have all factual details.
My heart goes out to anyone on this forum who has a member in the marathon, or any other person who has family or friends in that immediate area. I will pray and hope that all is fine. So far does not look too good.
In the wake of such senseless tragedy, leave the politics out of this.

Why is the last one stupid? CIA is know for false flags the FBI is known for helping terrorists plant bombs etc and then "catching" them...
In your mind, or maybe some Alex Jones novel. The only thing they do is pretend to work with the terrorist and then intercept them. I've never heard of them letting a bomb actually be assembled and if you have a specific source/case let me know.

Maybe the wrong forum . . .I think the above mentality belongs on the Boston forum, not the politics one.
Of course its not really politics at this point, since no one knows what happened. . .but we can still make fun of the conspiracy theorists who's minds are already crafting their alternate reality.

Exactly - if in fact this is a terrorist attack, the news showing from above what is happening below could easily help said potential terrorists plan further attacks.
