It is obvious this guy just does this sort of thing to make waves and create chaos. He has no interest in better society, people or specific problems of race. He just wishes to antagonize. My bet was that he was a spoiled little brat as a kid and got away with murder while constantly seeking attention. He never grew out of it.
Now CNN is saying that law enforcement doesn't have the guy in custody--all they have are the photos but they don't know who he is yet. They're saying that releasing the photos may have been intentional on the part of law enforcement to let the bomber know they're on to him, hoping he does something stupid.
