There are actually cartells now living here...and the law protects them...the gangs are very powerful, even the police are afraid of some of them....You've got people here from all walks of the earth...who are not working members of our community...

I have a very good friend who is Chinese....she came to America, didn't know how to speak English, she learned the language, worked her way thru college, and became an asset to her community (America) you should hear her on this subject...and I can't blame her...I feel the very same way she does...no one is excepmt from a rule/law....or should be, even if your the freakin POPE.
