About all of them will get voted back to Congress in 2014. Because people think it would be far worse its far worse upon the country to vote for a Republican to get rid of a Democrat. Or vote for a Democrat to get rid of a Republican.

The title of this thread is misleading, they did not repeal the law relative to insider trading this was an amendment, but yes I have to wonder exactly who is providing oversight since now it is private.

Yes, but as you note, nobody has ever provided oversight here. This was intended to provide transparency.
When you see the aide for Senator Joe investing in titanium and then Senator Joe comes out with legislature to give tax breaks to titanium miners, you knew something was up.
He could have vetoed it and didn't. I want to know how liberals feel about this?
