We don't have an 'Administrative Branch'. Back to Civics 101.

Not unless there is universal background checks. As it is now, the good guys with a gun go through background checks and the bad guys with a gun don't. Does that make sense to you?

And how did they get these guns in the first place?? Where did they originate from?

Did they go purchase them in the south where the guns laws are much looser? Did someone purchase the gun legally and then sell it off on the black market?

They were probably able to purchase them from a vending machine on a street corner put there by the NRA.

What this country needs are law abiding criminals. That'll solve everything. Good guys go through background checks because they're good guys. Bad guys buy theirs on the black market or steal them.

No need to buy a gun on the black market or steal them. One can get a gun without a background check at a gun show. Very easy.
