Wow, I have to applaud you on that one. It's so rare to see a conservative say something based on principle and not just heated opinionated rhetoric. Your credibility just grew in my eyes.

What is so hard to understand about this? Go back and reread, and try to think it through. One doesn't have to be a lawyer to get it (if one isn't intentionally obtuse)

The judge acted sua sponte in reading the man his rights.

Is anyone calling this judicial interference of executive game?

Will there be charges filed against the judge?

Like, for obstructing a criminal investigation, or something.

The judge just went charging in there uninvited.

A party crasher!

think he was "invited" by the DOJ (and, indirectly, by DOJ's boss)

You cant be serious right??

Miranda rights is a misnomer. The US Supreme court ruled in Miranda v. Arizona[1966] that LOE/LOA must inform a suspect of their constitutional rights; primarily the 5th amendment right against self incrimination.

Ernesto Miranda was the defendent before the USSC.

The notification of a suspect of his rights under the consititution was called a Miranda warning, now they're are refered to miranda rights.

Rand Paul, Ted Cruz & Mike Lee all agree with Miranda rights.

Must not be the conservatives that hate the Constitution.
