Actually it is. I heard it is unconstitutional to ban sharia law.
Does our GOVERNMENT implement Sharia law on ALL citizens? Whatever Sharia law that is implemented in the US is done so by Muslims within the mosque and at the very basic level, mostly where it concerns marriage/divorce/settlement and following the 5 pillars of Islam. No different than the laws of the Torah that are implemented in Hasidic synagogues.

One of these days, Islam will rule the world. Where Islam rules, it is a crime to try to teach a Muslim something other than Islam! Missionaries are forbidden in Islamic nations. For Muslims, there is no freedom of choice.
So, don't tell me the Muslims that come here are different from the other countries, they're all the same and they're to obey regardless wherever they go!
All the Western countries are too nice to let them in. We have got to be tougher now, look at Japan.

I hate most religions except Buddhism.. I despise Islam's "sharia", the worst of them all.. Christianity is not much better. but no where near as bad as Islam is today!!!! both are full of contradictions and out right blatant lies.. best thing one can do is stay clear of both of them evil fairy tales
oh if any muslim wants to push sharia here in the us, I say keep em freakin out..
I'm less worried about Islamic immigration. A lot of Islamic immigrants are formally educated and are doctors and engineers. Or consider limiting immigration to those with graduate level education. I'm more concerned about the American Taliban in this country and their neocon right wing beliefs. A better solution would be to ban all people without a formal 4 year college degree (not on-line) from voting. Since they are opposed to college and formal education, this would limit their impact.

I wouldn't go that far, but some sort of civic knowledge test ought to be a prerequisite for voting.

There is absolutely no consensus on what Sharia Law even is, so I don't know why you keep fixating on it. But I would submit that the differences between what Islam is thought to be in the U.S. and what it actually is are as vast as the differences between what Christianity/Judaism started out as and what it is today.
And it's fine that you hate religion. But isn't taking action against people because of their religious beliefs, you know, just a little bit like the Muslim extremism everyone fears so much?

action against religion?? the only action that I've ever taken is to say I hate religion nothing more.. it is just my opinion.. I don't believe in fairy tales.. especially barbaric ones that preach hate and lies and are the cause of half the problems on this planet with people..
as far as sharia, that sheet sucks.!!!! women have no rights and are treated worse than a dish rag, you cant drink alcohol, and on and on, would you want to live by sharia law?? not me, never ever..
