The premise is very simple:

1) The House will remain in GOP control from 2014-2016.

YES, it really is that easy to understand, even for low information liberals!

If you need further proof that the President no longer has any political clout, then look no further than the gun control vote, which didn't even make it out of the Democratic Senate!

LOL

That's okay, since by all signs the Democrats will have control of the Presidency until 2020, at least.

He's already jammed his agenda down americans' throat, wether they wanted it or not. Now it's just buy time till we get him outta there, and replace him with an effective republican that's fiscally conservative.

Democrats don't need to control the House. A combination of Democrats and moderate Republicans can work together to get reasonable things done. The problem is that the terminally stupid economic terrorist caucus has too much power.

Yeah, people hated it so much that they turned out and voted him back into office by a margin of nearly 5 million votes.

What they've really proved is it has nothing to do with President Bush. President Obama is not much different, except he lies, cheats and covers up more.

The next President is going to have to deal with the consequences of Fed money printing to finance the Obama deficits.

Better make that a Democrat.

Totally agree. I've said from the very beginning that shoving obamacare down everyone's throat without one single Republican vote was the death knell for Barack Obama's agenda. The 2010 "shellacking" is proof that Americans didn't appreciate thug-style politics. I'd be willing to wager my next paycheck that when he writes his Presidential memoir he will reflect back on how he and Democrats handled that vote with total regret. By that time he will have had the opportunity to see how Obamacare was the poison pill of his entire Presidency.

Well, I don't see 2014 as a slam dunk for the GOP.

I am pretty confident that the country thinks the Tea Party caucus is a bunch of power mad idiots. And they would be right.

Nothing gets through the House now without solid answers and actions taken on Benghazi and the I.R.S.
