"Lately" there has been a doctor on trial for killing babies born alive and calling it abortion.
Most media sources ignored it because it made abortion look bad. Republicans have been yelling about this. that is why "lately" it seems they have been more vocal.
Liberals are doing what they do. Something seriously wrong with their idology has been exposed so they have circled the wagons and cried out that nothing has happened...nothing to see here....
Republicans are just trying to point out the henous nature of what is going on.
I have seen the Gosnell story reported on every major news network.....it has not been ignored.....stop lying.
Every trial in the United States can't be covered like the Arias trial.
BTW.....who is stopping FOX from covering the Gosnell trial like HLN is covering the Arias trial?

Man, I dunno. I'm a pro-choice Republican, always have been, always will be. It's funny because my bbf is a pro-life Democrat. Imho, it's a personal choice that should never have been allowed to creep into politics.
Just on this first page of the P&OC, there are many examples of Republicans trying to turn an argument by bringing up abortion.
Let me go on record by saying that I am pro-life. However, I understand that Roe vs Wade has been on the books for nearly 40 years and probably isn't going to be overturned. Yet Republicans keep harping on about how much Democrats supposedly support abortion. Any time something is brought up they don't like, their answer is "Yeah, but Democrats kill babies."
Why the obsession with abortion? Don't they have other things to be concerned about?
Could they maybe know something that you do not know. For instance, our country is responsible for what we allow. Our country is being judged for the thousands of innocent lives that are allowed to be snuffed out. The sins of the people causing the slaughter of innocent lives is on everybody that is allowing it to happen. The curse of that sin will affect all our lives if we continue to let it happen. Those of you that are concerned about our economy might want to think about that.

After all of that how on earth can progressives be so "meh" about this horrendous story along with the their friends in the old media?
I mean cutting spinal cords of live infants? In 2013 America?
Oh, give me a break! The Republicans were foaming at the mouth about abortion way before this story broke. Trying to pass bills forcing women to carry to term, even if the foetus is severely damaged, and trying to pass bills making it OK for a doctor not to tell women what kind of abnormal monstrosity they are carrying.
This is before they ever heard of Gosnell.
All abortions are live babies. Some are just not outside the mothers body yet. Abortion is murder of the innocent of the worst kind. One would go to prison for killing a big person walking around that could defend himself. The babies being murdered have no way of defending themselves and we are responsible for allowing the scumbags to do this. Shame on our country and shame on us for allowing our tax dollars to pay for this murder and it is murder no matter what age the fetus is. A life has just been killed if it would result in a baby if left alone. Calling it abortion does not make it right.

If you want to believe that a fetus is equal to an actual living baby, then by all means, don't avail yourself of your right to abort.
But you have no business trying to force your belief on others.
