The American continent is truly a beautiful and diverse place.
We have many climates and all sorts of different terrain.
We could grow things from around the world in different places.
I feel bad for people limited by societal beliefs. Some say a political group that dominates a certain place can't be tolerated. Others say that they can't afford to live there.
These may be legitimate reasons, but still, I am curious.
Forget politics, attitudes, and money.
What terrain and climate suits you the most?
If you don't live there, what's holding you back?
I wasn't going to say anything in that respect, but the fact is that you could spend your day naked, in the front yard, and no one but planes flying over would see.....
Or, maybe some girl with a telescope, three mountains over....

i don't think alot of people live somewhere because of political beliefs, or atleast not one of the main reasons. If that were the case, conservatives wouldn't have any reason to live in the northeast.
Society and Politics don't make much impact on choice of location. MONEY does. Can I earn it and what lifestyle will it provide are the questions that concern most.

You know, I could see Brussels. . .or maybe Paris. San Francisco a close 3rd.
. Damn. . .love those places.
Money holds me back (and lack of Euro citizenship), my quality of life for the dollar is better here in Denver suburbs.
I'm very happy with North Idaho. If political issues and property costs weren't an issue, there are parts of Colorado and New Mexico that look pretty appealing. Much as I like it here, our summers are too short!
I'd either live up north here in my state which is my happy place already or I'd move out west to the mountains. Probably Colorado or Montana, somewhere where I wouldn't have too many people living on top of me. I'm the type that would either live in the city or in the country, no suburbs for me. I grew up in a suburb, I'd prefer not to go back.
Right here in Arizona. There is no other place to live in this country as far as i'm concerned.
However, if i was rolling in the dough...i'd love to have a home in New England and i'd live there for about a month of the summertime. And i'd have another home in Santa Barbara, California where i'd live another few months a year.
But Arizona is the only place i can truly live....mostly because Arizonans are a "live and let live" kind of people.
