Some Republican politcians helped cause Romney's loss by saying it isn't possible for women to get pregnant during rape if they truly didn't want it and a child born out of rape is part of God's will.

OP - I know plenty of women, both Republican and otherwise.

In fact, my mother is a Democrat.

I love my mother.

They all know that I am a Republican.

They also know that I am ready to stand up for them at any time.

Perhaps you should talk to some actual women and understand that their definition of standing up for them does not involve liberal ideology.

Actually, it doesn't even involve conservative ideology either.

It involves respect.

The better question is when will some men stop being ignorant about women? It's almost like some go out of their way to remain ignorant of basic facts, preferring to live in a fantasy world of their own making. This can be said about a lot of people and a lot of things btw, not just this issue.
