Wouldn't that make me biased? What about consistency and fairness?

According to some on CD, anybody would be a fool to assume a 15 year old child isn't having sex. So if parenting can't fix a child having sex @ 15 in general...who is to say parenting will prevent sex with a 40 year old man??
