It is here to stay. They can vote on it all they want but until the get the White House and 61 votes in the Senate, it is not happening.

Since the IRS is the enforcement arm of this legislation, I think it needs to be evaluated. The IRS have proven they cannot be trusted with personal information.

Obamacare already does put healthcare squarely in the hands of private insurance companies with generous tax payer funded subsidies given directly to the insurance companies.

There is no public option, except for the bottom earners who might qualify for Medicaid.

More than 30 attempts to repeal the Act when they know it will never get through the Senate and the President.


What is it they say about doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome?

Darn shame they don't vote to allow Medicare to negotiate the cost of medications. Then again, when big pharm spends $5.36 billion to lobby Congress they expect Congress to protect their interests.

The title is a bit misleading since Obamacare forces businesses and individuals to do business with insurance companies.
