For race and gender--not for published, stated beliefs and actions. If you're arming yourself because you believe you believe you're a sovereign citizen and you're going to have to shoot your way out of a fight with the US government if you break laws and they go after you (because you don't believe the laws apply to you), you can bet DHS is watching you, just like they're watching the groups that destroy construction sites, or those who want to kill Muslims, Jews, Blacks and/or bomb abortion clinics.
