They just have a terrible lineup.
Rachel Maddow. Intellectually lazy and emotionally sophomoric yet she's convinced the viewers think she's intelligent and insightful. She goes off on odd tangents of boring and irrelevant nit picking and ignores pertinent issues and events.
Chris Matthews. He just treats his job like a joke and makes little effort to give the viewers anything informative. He has his go to crew of gargoyles and sneering left wing oddballs who do GOP bashing and little else.
Al Sharpton. The guy was at least funny early on but now MSNBC's poisoned atmosphere has taken its toll on him. He's humorless and completely one dimensional.
Laurence Odonnell. Ugh. Off in his own little authoritarian world, he has a face that looks like he perpetually just drank sour milk. Or he desperately needs a laxative.
Ed Schultz. An angry man who hates his job and resents anybody who is more successful than he is. Failed at conservative talk radio so he sold out for $$$$ but is now stuck with the other MSNBC circus clowns.
Martin Bashir. Just a nasty person with little talent and he's just a hate merchant.
Chris hayes. A sign of depseration on MSNBC to get the cheapest least capable weasely twerp they could find. He doens't even do his own shtick, he just regurgitates( or PREgurgitates in this case) whatever maddow does.
So they look down on what viewers they have left and think they're idiots who will drool over whatever they throw at them unthinkingly. They're down to their last core audience of addle minded burnouts, aging out of touch hippies and angry left wing radicals. No sponsor in their right minds thinks those losers support their advertising.
This sort of surprises me. When things are going bad for the administration is when I make sure to watch MSNBC. The heads exploding are very entertaining.
One of the greatest moments on television for me was watching MSNBC right after the Citizen United ruling.
Some libturd told me it's because there is no Cable TV in the inner cities...That's where their constituents are...I think he just thought that up in a hurry...

This year's bad news for MSNBC has only gotten worse. The "Lean Forward" network has struggled in the ratings since the Boston Marathon bombings exposed the network's glaring weakness when it comes to news gathering. MSNBC had hoped to turn that around by going all-in on with the Zimmerman trial, but it obviously didn't work.
