Why does the USA continue send mixed signals when it comes to God & religion?

Take a look back into history, around the time when the Treaty of Tripoli took place. If you analyze the wording, you will see something that sticks out like a sore thumb. Here is proof that the government has been carelessly putting out propaganda & lying since the very beginning (and I quote):

"the United States of America is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion,—as it has in itself no character of enmity against the laws, religion, or tranquility, of Mussulmen [Muslims],—and as the said States never entered into any war or act of hostility against any Mahometan [Mohammedan] nation"

Now before you start arguing that God and Religion are 2 separate things, think again. I'm not a religious nut like most of you, but its obvious that in many contexts, Christ = God. God is the sun. Christ is the age of pisces, whatever. But the clear notion of Christ being God is all around us, pretty much everywhere.

So, lets start with the first contradiction, CURRENCY. We all know it reads "In God We Trust", why haven't they removed this yet? If there is truly a separation of church and state, as the Treaty of Tripoli has mislead many, then how was this overlooked?

Second, take a look at HOLIDAYS. "Holi" obviously derives from Holy, which means having to do with God. You have Christmas still being allowed to be celebrated at the White House and many government buildings. Then you have the national observance of St. Patricks day and Easter, 2 more examples of Christian holidays we are forced to celebrate or at the very least, observe. Why do we continue to observe religious holidays as a nation that supposedly "is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion"??

Third, is probably the biggest contradiction, the ridiculous PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, in which the words: "and to the republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible" are used in schools & baseball games to confuse kids and brainwash them. Kids go to school to learn NOT to be part of a cult filled with lies and propaganda. People go to baseball games to watch the sport, not to worship God & pretend to be Christian.

No wonder they hate us. Its always lies & spread of hatred & confusion.

When will this finally change? Why cant we all vote this garbage away, good riddance once and for all?
