So precedent doesn't matter? Moreover, the same people criticizing Obama for getting phone numbers with a court order condoned Bush tapping phones without a court order. Thus, it is legitimate to note their hypocrisy.

Bush will go down in history in the bottom 20% of presidents. His economic and international policies were complete failures and he was the first president to come right out and claim he could ignore the constitution. Others might have done it but they did it without coming right out and claiming they were above the Constitution.

I voted for him the first time because I could not stand Al Gore. Basically that was my entire reason. I had no idea how he would be as president.

I can understand voting for Obama the first time.

Bush should have been impeached when he argued he could throw citizens in prison and deny them their due process rights.

The courts have found things that Obama has done as unconstitutional so obviously those things were not brought before a court.

Do you honestly think Obama is a socialist ??

Yes, he's a socialist .... and more.

He surrounds himself with crony incompetence; liars and buffoons like Joe Biden, Eric Holder, Nancy Pelosi, now Susan Rice, and the list goes on. Don't know anyone who would rather have Biden at the helm, or insane Pelosi.

Is "modest" akin to being a little bit pregnant? It is either an invasion of privacy or it is not. No matter what First Citizen Obama says.

Now he is going after those who "leaked" this information but is fine with the violation of civil rights.

Sounds just like the rest of the Obama plan, what ever benefits Obama is alright and anything else just has to be stopped.

We don't judge people on their looks. Only on their common sense, honesty, and trustworthiness.

Obama scares the h*** out of me.

Not all of us.
Originally, it was to be kept secret so that the people would not know about it. Obama can't even do that right.

The only thing that he can actually keep secret are his personal details.
