Fox news is well known for spreading partisan nonsense, falsehoods, and outright lies, but this one might take the cake of their worst.

With the Trayvon Martin murder trial coverage ramping up, fox news is defending Zimmerman claiming that iced tea and skittles could have been used to kill.

You just can't make this stuff up,...

To be fair to Fox News, this is a tough story for them to cover. A large percentage of their viewers believe that it is their right to shoot any black person anytime for no reason at all. In their version of the good old days Zimmerman could have just reimbursed Trayvon's owner for his lost property and that would have been the end of it.

I thought it was tough to cover because of lot of their viewers hate Hispanics and Blacks.

Who to choose, such tough decisions they are faced with

To be fair, most of their viewers believe it is their right to shoot ANY person, anytime, for any reason. As they see it, Zimmy had no way out... since he was legally carrying he had to shoot Trayvon, otherwise Trayvon could have subdued him with a handful of skittles to the groin and then taken his gun.

There are reasons I have some people on ignore and I'll bet this thread exemplifies those reasons.

That said, Fox has been quite fair and most of their talking heads don't take a side but instead, let their so-called expert guests do the talking.

For awhile, Shep was firmly on Trayvon's side. And Fox still shows the sweet little child photo.

Yet you are posting in it?

Do you side with fox claiming tea and skittles can be used as lethal weapons?
