The devil is in the details, most people that are against Affirmative Action are White Republicans, color me shocked.

I'm against affirmative action. Programs should be designed to help those with economic challenges, not skin color.

Affirmative Action IMO has been a great thing. The company I work for would never have changed if not for this law.

I think it has made American workplaces much better places to work. Sure there are hiccups in the system but in the end it has helped a lot of people and improved productivity and America's ability to compete.

It's one of the few federal gov programs I agree with.

They should have done this in the 60's instead of welfare.

Tried to rep ya again,but gotta spread the love around first

I've witnessed way to many abuses of it in govt construction contracting and in hiring practices...long over due to be done away with.

best results? Quata based systems were designed to cure previous ills not produce "best results".

What's wrong urban life, can't do it on your own so you need special help. So do you ride the shortbus too?
