Yet there are numerous pairs of identical twins where one is straight the other is gay. I went to high school with a pair of identical twins one was a tranny and the other a big time drug dealer who had a couple kids while in high school.

First off, being a tranny has nothing to do with one's sexual orientation. Nothing.
Second, biolgical does not mean genetic. By your definition, heterosexuality is not "biological"... because if it was, then when one twin is hetero, the other would be hetero, right?
A lot of study is now going on in epigenetics to explain homosexuality. Also, hormone exposure in the womb, etc.
Regardless of the source, 99% of identifying homosexuals, bisexuals, and heterosexuals will inform you that their sexual preference is not a choice, regardless of how it arises.
