What is wrong with these people?

"A New Hampshire gun control rally turned violent last night, but thankfully the only weapon dispensed was a policeman’s Taser. It all started when 52-year-old Daniel Musso began heckling one of the speakers at the event, John Cantin, who became a gun-safety advocate after he was shot and his daughter was murdered in 2009.
Musso began harassing Cantin from the beginning of his speech, getting right up in the man’s face and interrupting him repeatedly. When Cantin asked Musso to “please have a little respect,” the heckler responded, “if you had your speech in your mind, you wouldn’t have to read all this propaganda sh*t in front of you.”

Who are "these people?" The story is about one guy named Daniel Musso. I wonder if he yelled, "don't taze me, bro."

Anti gun idiots should be able to have a rally, just like the KKK members can have a rally. I don't agree with either group, but they should be free to speak their mind, no matter how backward thinking they might be.

This Heckler should spend his time doing something more important than harrasing someone who can't see past his own nose.

The guy was wrong, but this is the political culture that we live in now. People on this board cheered when people were throwing glitter on politicians, cheered when Republican politicians were heckled. You can't cheer on that environment and that be upset when one person does it back. Everyone should grow up and be respectful of both sides.
Even Biden acted like a drunk bully in the debates, there is no respect, even at the VP debates.

And other people on this board cheered when Jan Brewer stuck her finger in Obama's face.

The lack of civility can be found on all sides.

Being able to hold a rally isn't the point. The point is that he was deliberately disrupting the free speech of another person thru intimidation and disorderly conduct. He got exactly what he deserved. I hope he spends a few nights in the county jail where he can think about it. (Without being able to fondle his guns, of course.)

We need more incidents like this on TV so everyone can see just how unhinged these gun nuts are.

Not exactly. The point of the story isn't claiming that people can't hold rallies. The point is about a lunatic who was attempting to interrupt someone else's rally.
