I've never heard of Tim Tebow either. What's his claim to fame?

Vick is an average quarterback.

Tebow is a below average quarterback and is not even close to the player Vick is.

I don't care about race, I care about talent and performance.

Tebow sucks.

Polarizing? A guy who plays with a ball, badly, and a fry cook?

And?

The Patriots have had horrible drafts for the last decade.

What makes them the best judge of talent?

They signed players like Haynesworth, Chad Johnson, Adalius Thomas, etc.

Anyway, they did not sign him to be their starting quarterback.

Also, there is no guarantee that he will even make the team. It's June, not September.

Since girls have called me an abortion that lived and don't want to touch me with a 10 ft. pole, my sexual orientation is of little relevance.

What else do you call homosexuals who are too afraid to come out? However, since they are subject to so much trouble, ridicule and persecution for doing so, I try not to be overly critical of them for not coming out.

(Sorry, ladies, it is the best way to describe his skills, or lack thereof, as a pro quarterback.)
he's successful in that he is a 2x national champion, and heisman trophy winner. oh, and that "fat" contract that annoys you contains no guaranteed money. if you want to criticize someone, at least know what you're talking about.

Liberals always claim that someone who makes more money than them didn't earn it.

In their mind Tebow "didn't build it", someone else made him successful, or he "benefitted from an unfair advantage" like Bill Clinton used to go around claiming.
