Absolutely right evan83. there were thousands of people on the streets cheering the Obamas. I didn't see anyone protesting. I find it strange that Irish politicians said nothing for years about the endemic abuse inflicted on Irish children by the catholic church, yet some criticise Obama about a war that George Bush started.

"there were thousands of people on the streets cheering the Obamas.."

Flew the 'crowd' in from Germany or maybe there was a rock concert or free beer just like Obama's 2008 crowd in Germany.

Remember when Dumbya Bush was president? He never dared leave his motorcade and was greeted with protesters when he visited Ireland.

Would that be same war Dear One said was the "good war"?

If the Irish like the Obamas so much they can just keep them.

The Obamabots keep talking about '80 percent approval ratings' for their cult leader in Europe. They never cite a source.

A Bot is a pathetic creature.
