I've heard many, many medical examiners testify in court. I've also read many medical examiners' reports. I have helped find medical examiners to examine autopsy reports made by other medical examiners to be hired by the defense to testify as expert witnesses. And, additionally, I dated a chief medical examiner for a large city for a good while. He was the one of the smartest folks I've ever met. Very, very good at his job. So I do have a clue as to what types of things medical examiners can and do testify about. ty.
Watching the Travonistas melt down now that Zimmerman's claim of self defense is getting more and more support as the trial goes on is....entertaining, in a sick sort of way. Kind of like driving by a car wreck...as distasteful as it is, you just have to look.
Considering that all the prosecution witnesses have verified that:
1) Z did NOT "leave his car and chase M after being told not to". He was already out of his car and following and observing M when told "we don't need you to do that".
2) That M was near his home, and then turned and walked or ran back and confronted Z, either at or near the "tee".
3) M was on top of Z and was punching or hitting him
4) Z was holding his head when he got up, consistent with a head injury.
It is hard to picture the jury finding him guilty. Sad case all the way around, but at this point, everything appears to support self defense. Given what the prosecution witnesses have stated, the defense case should be pretty short.
Zimmerman the birther for the left ?? Seems like people are desperate for him to be white so they can make more out of the case than is in it.
