Yeah no one cares. Get in where you fit in. That is my advice for anyone when it comes to dating. It seems like a lot of people can't do that though. They feel compelled to tell the rest of us why they are attracted to such and such.
Humans being attracted to other humans is normal and I think biological, there is no explanation necessary.

It's not really "Folks" in general that are fascinated by this "Stuff". It's one individual poster on this board who is fascinated with this stuff if you look at the poster's history.

Humorous. The Mainstream is really pushing black women and white men relationships really hard because they know that in doing so may repair race relations between whites and blacks.
A futile effort I'm afraid. White men have had over 400 years to wed and procreate with black women. If it was ever going to happen, it would have already happened by now.
And this white man (myself) am not even remotely attracted to black women. The closest thing to black I may find myself attracted to is someone like nicki minaj. But she's heavily mixed and does not classify as "black."
